Head, Heart and Hara define the Integrated Executive. This is also true for the Integrated Spouse, Partner, Parent or Child.

When you have all three of the centers working together, magic happens. Hard work becomes easy, effortless. Time is endless and boundless. Tough issues find simple answers. Clarity of thought and action is abundant. You are in the Zone.

Most of us have only parts of the equation down pat, usually the Head center. As you mature often the Heart center begins to open. And if you then can also access you Hara, well look out as the world is going to change! When you see people making big strides in their life, look as see how they have integrated these three centers.

When I coach executives, we access where they are in each center, what is their level of development. Often we approach the next level of growth by working up through the Hara or opening the Heart. 

Please note that accessing your Hara is not the same as "being fit". This is really about taping into that energy source that roots you deeply into the ground and also lifts you up to the sky.
